Our Supporters

The Food Bank of North Alabama wishes to recognize and thank our 2020 – 2021 Supporters for helping us grow to meet the needs of communities across our service area.

Individual Supporters

Our individual supporters are our biggest assets as an organization. In the 2020-2021 fiscal year, individual contributions averaged less than $100 per donation, but contributed more than 30% of our annual budget. These kind individuals care about our mission and show us every day what it means to give to those in need by enabling us to serve communities across our area.

If youā€™d like to join our network of individual supporters, please consider making a donation of any size here:

We also welcome volunteers and canned food donations.

During the current health crisis, we are accepting food donations through a no-contact format at our main office location. Please check our ā€˜COVID-19 Updatesā€™ and Facebook page for the latest information.

Corporations, Foundations, and Funders

Our support from various organizations takes many forms: grants, food, dollars, volunteers, and more!

Our work, particularly programs and distribution services, rely on these organizational and group supporters to end hunger in our area. Much of the growth we have experienced in recent years, like opening two new distribution warehouses, has come from contributions by these great organizations.

These are only a few of the groups who have helped make our work possible:

Your Generosity

At the Food Bank of North Alabama, what donations we receive are given to us by generous citizens, organizations, and groups, many of whom went without to help fight food insecurity in North Alabama.

Our job is to ensure that each contribution, big or small, reaches those who most need it most.
